There’s never been more pressure on schools to hold it all—academic results, emotional wellbeing, behavioural challenges, and the complex realities today’s students and educators face. Empowered Coaching exists to help lighten that load—not with more theory, but through hands-on, hearts-in experiences that restore connection, resilience, and real presence.

 

Using a powerful fusion of martial arts, movement, breathwork, and ancient practices, our workshops support both students and staff to reconnect with their bodies, build emotional regulation, and rediscover their inner strength. For students, these sessions become a space to release pressure, explore identity, and develop confidence, self-awareness, and trust—in themselves and others. For educators, they’re an invitation to pause, reset the nervous system, and lead from grounded authority—so they can show up with clarity, energy, and emotional safety in the classroom.

This one-off workshop is a high-impact experience that introduces students to powerful tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and self-leadership 

—through movement, martial arts, breathwork, and guided reflection. It’s designed to reset energy, re-engage students, and lay a strong foundation for positive behavioural change.

9-Week Resilience & Leadership Program

📅 Duration: 45–60 minutes/week across 9 weeks

Leadership is built, not born.
This structured 9-week program develops student resilience and emotional intelligence step by step. Students learn to regulate stress, take ownership of their actions, and step into leadership from the inside out. Sessions combine martial arts, breathwork, fitness, and character-based coaching, tailored to meet students where they’re at.

Full-Day ‘Soul Warrior’ Immersion

🕘 Duration: Full-day (5–6 hours)

A transformative rite of passage. The Soul Warrior Immersion is a full-day deep dive into resilience, courage, and self-leadership. Designed to meet students in their real-world challenges, it combines high-intensity training, restorative breathwork, and breakthrough reflections to shift identity and inspire purpose.

“It’s safe to say I had a rough time in school. My interests fell into the ‘nerdy’ category. Bullying from my peers took it’s toll on me, and insecurities began to form a large part of my inner world. I began to question my worth and change who I was to gain acceptance.

 

At 16 years old, after an incident at school, I threw myself into my martial arts, determined not to be a victim. I replaced my fantasy books with a collection of black belts from various disciplines. The training and fighting provided me with enough physical confidence to get through the next while. But underneath, I was still hurting and struggling with feelings of inadequacy.

 

Years later, I immersed myself in the worlds of yoga, meditation and breath work. It was the inner work I had been missing.It might seem strange, but it all seemed to go hand in hand - the fighting and the stillness - to bring about the holistic healing I needed. The outer work and the inner work. The intensity and the softness. The yin and the yang.

 

I carry this same holistic balance into my mentoring. I know that personal responsibility comes from the safety of belonging. That compassion and kindness come from a place of connection and attachment. I look forward to journeying with more young people and helping them grow into young adults of integrity.

I am always learning and developing myself to provide a better program and knowledge. Currently i am studying a diploma of clinical hypnotherapy and psychotherapy. Along with a 460 hour biodynamic breathwork for trauma release. To better help understand mental health and trauma for this type of work.
