This is deep work that requires commitment and willingness.

These sessions are conducted in person and virtually. I am based in Warragul, Victoria and also travel regularly to conduct these sessions in person and at retreats. There is something big that also presents itself in the virtual sessions as you have the ability to be completely safe and vulnerable within your own space. A Letting go of inhibitions and surrendering that takes place because of the structure of these sessions.

Rooted in the Biodynamic Breathwork for Trauma Release Method, my approach to breathwork emphasizes gentle titration and slow release, enabling you to find strength and resilience within. Unlike methods that may feel overwhelming or “blast you off into outer space”, this breathwork journey is gentle and controlled, making it suitable for beginners while ensuring safety the entire time.
