In Week 5, we discuss what is Yoga? Shocker! it has nothing to do with being flexible and needing to touch your toes!

Introducing some gentle movement and breath work practices to start to incorporate into your morning and evening routine. Providing you with a morning ritual that enhances your vitality, mental clarity, and overall well-being. These practices draw from the principles of Yoga. By integrating these routines into your daily life, you'll experience increased balance and mindfulness.

In the realm of personal development, a one-size-fits-all solution simply does not exist. Some advocate for the transformative power of a single breathwork session, while others rely on the benefits of modern psychology or a spirituality and ancient wisdom approach.

Drawing from my own personal experiences, I am passionate about modalities that have served me well. This passion has driven me to deepen my understanding through rigorous study. I have explored various disciplines, such as counseling, psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, and coaching. Additionally, I have dived into Yogic Philosophy, utilizing the wisdom within the Yoga Sutras—an ancient text dating back 2500 years.
Remarkably, these ancient teachings contain the essence of modern psychology in one form or another.


I have also explored Buddhist mindfulness and meditation practices, along with Tantric techniques derived from Kashmir Shaivism. These methods provide powerful pathways to process and release negative emotions trapped within the body, achieving both clarity and a calm mind.
